Background: There is no doubt that health care providers face a great deal of challenge to with the infertility issue, serious and tragic gynecological problem encountered in developing countries. Laparoscopy considered as gold standard for assessment tubal factors infertility, although because its invasive nature, cost need anaesthesia hospitalization, HSG seems be basic routine procedure factors. Hence, present study was designed compare accuracy SSG evaluation factor infertility. Currently availability ultrasonography machines very good resolution, can simultaneously practiced during day 7-9 menstrual cycle assess patency. laparoscopyfor infertility.Methods: The prospective on diagnostic hysterosalpingography (HSG) due patency has been conducted at Lala-Ded Hospital, Srinagar from September 2015 February 2016.
